Prior to all Counselling appointments, I offer a free of charge initial consultation, this will consist of an informal conversation that will last approximately 30 minutes. The purpose of this consultation is to gauge that the client feels comfortable with the therapy that is offered and also with the Counsellor. Furthermore, a treatment plan will be proposed, pending agreement, a contract will be signed by the client to this effect.
As it pertains to subsequent sessions, only the first meeting is free, following this, E.P.O.C.H. Counselling Bureau charges £40 per session for Telephone Counselling and Online Counselling which both last for 50 minutes respectively. If you prefer, you could instead download the join me app which is free of charge. All you have to do is enter your details and you will be taken to a virtual waiting room, the aforementioned app is available on pc, android and iphone. Once you have logged into the app, click ‘join a meeting’ and subsequently you see a box whereupon it reads ‘meeting code’, simply enter E.P.O.C.H. Counselling Bureau. Considering this is your first online appointment, I recommend starting 10 or 15 minutes early and I will answer the video call at the scheduled time. In addition, if clients prefer to use alternative video conferencing apps, I also offer Online Counselling through the following: Skype; Signal, WhatsApp and Facetime. Furthermore, all of the aforementioned video conferencing apps have end to end encryption so please rest assured, your privacy will be protected. As it pertains to payment, my appointment diary accepts all major credit/debit cards and in addition paypal is available as well.
As it pertains to booking your initial consultation, please use the appointment diary in the services section on this website which can be located on this page and select a day and time that suits your availability.
